Kokoda Challenge 2012
Story
The Kokoda Track is one of many walking tracks that existed long before Europeans came into this part of the world. During the course of World War II, the Japanese decided to use this trail as a means of launching a ground attack against the Australians in Port Moresby.
In a joint effort between Inspired Adventures, Variety- The Childrens Charity, and myself, I will be setting off on a 9 day trek of the Kokoda Trail to raise money for Variety- The Childrens Charity, along with 15 other participants.
We have been set a target to raise a minimum of $8,000 each before we set off on the trek.
